I recently purchased a used 2017 Ford Fusion and it only came with one key fob. Naturally as one person does, I started... messing with controls on the car and put my car in MyCar mode which basically is a safety feature that locks in your car at an 80mph speed limit, control the volume on the vehicle etc and i was unable to remove the feature without a second fob. I put a message using the Yelp feature which sent my message to about 5/6 different locksmiths and not only did Prime answer back within 5 minutes he showed up to my job within the hour and programmed a new key within 45 minutes. I called the dealer before going on Yelp and they wanted to charge me about $500 for a new key and to program the key when Prime provided the key and the service for less than half of that! I've been using an old key with a damaged fob, so I was looking for someone that could make a new key and program my... fob. Instead of going to him, he offered to come down to our house because he was nearby. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. Normally, it would have been a quick process, but unfortunately, my key (which was already a replacement for a lost key) was done poorly by another locksmith and could not be easily copied. He stayed the entire hour at our house until I had a new key and didn't charge at all for the blank keys he had to use to test on my car. Really great guy that I recommend highly.read more
